Knit and crochet YouTubers

I'm picking up my needles again as it's sock madness season and I was wondering if anyone could recommend any good knitting/crochet YouTubers. Preferably UK but open minded about other countries. I used to watch loads but several of them seem to have given up. Thanks.

Sorry, no suggestion but following with interest... I knit and am making socks atm. I follow tons of knitting accounts on Instagram, but don't tend to watch knitting YouTubers except for the occasional short tutorial if I'm stuck on a new technique. Wondering if I'm missing out!

It might be worth popping over to the Knit, Crochet and Natter thread and asking on there.

VeryPinkKnits is very helpful. And I do watch the LoveCrafts channel too they're very simple to follow

Knitted my first pair of socks using this video:

Ooh any good Instagram recommendations?

A few of my favourites are: knittinglotta. (she makes amazing blankets and lots of Scandi-style mitten), twoofwands and knit.love.wool (fab jumpers). I also follow various knitting hashtags, like #handknittedsocks etc.

Bella Coco, love her channel

It’s all in a nutshell do excellent tutorials. For Instagram I follow attic24, Barberton daisy and a lot of indie dyers like third vault yarns and pigment and ply.

I also follow Ozetta on Instagram - lots of beautiful knits in undyed wools. The palette of neutrals in their posts is very soothing Grin

Thank you. I'm looking for people chatting about their knitting, new patterns and wool purchases more than instructional videos if possible. A bit like booktube. I used to enjoy inside number 19 with Katie and the stranded podcast.

I follow 3 sisters from the same family in the USA on you tube, who all have thier own channel each. They all chat about thier makes, wool purchases, set themselves challenges and 1 has knitted socks.

I like you tubers who chat about thier makes and show themselves crocheting or knitting, feels very soothing

Bella Coco taught me to crochet. She does left and right handed too.

Another vote for Bella Coco. Ophelia Talks is another good UK one.
