I know it's quite boring but it's really important, in fact our whole xmas party at the nursery school could hang on it!!!

No idea but will shamelessly bump for you! tried googling and ask for answer but dont really understand the question to be able to search properly!

Thanks, i've googled it too to no avail. I just need to know how much of the edges of the slide is lost once its in the plastic frame that they put on so you can put it in the projector. I have to do some drawings which will be photographed to make slides to illustrate a story and need to know if i should make them square-ish or rectangular, so we don't lose any of the picture once they've been made into slides and had the plastic bit put on.
I just need someone to get a slide and measure the bit they can see - i.e. the image in the window of the frame!

does this help bermangraphics.com/artshows/digitalslides.htm

Shitemum · 14/12/2007 21:55

thanks essanel - it helps a little inasmuch as it confirms the proportion of the slide. I think i'll just assume that the framed slide loses the same width all way round, a couple of millimetres probably and maintains its basic retangular shape. thanks

Not a clue (don't even understand the question!) but bumping for you.

I have just measured a slide mount - the hole is 35mm x23mm.
