Hi all,
I'm a fairly confident knitted but cannot get my head around the button holes. I've taken it apart so many times I'm near burning this project 🤣 could anyone help with the piccy attached? I'm on the right side boarder with 75 stitches.

Thanks everyone 🧶

I'd be tempted to just do YO buttonholes tbh.

It's ages since I did them but just Google 'yarn over buttonholes in rib'.

Hi JC, easily done, getting enraged with knitting Smile
If you've got 75 stitches then you've done the difficult bit with picking them up, and I think you now do 2 row in colour B. Then you switch back to A, and this is where you'll make the buttonholes.
You rib 2 stitches, and then you cast one stitch off (like you normally do at the very end). This will create a small hole in the knitting, but it won't fray as you've cast off rather than dropping a stitch .
On the next row, you cast on a stitch after the first 2 stitches, and after every so many stitches (13? for your size) and this will mean that by the end of this row you will have 75 stitches again.
I hope that all makes sense, good luck!
