I'm trying to make some business tags, cards etc. I love my paints/pencils and would hand make them, but I need to save time and would like to design myself rather than a template then send for printing. IPad and Procreate are mentioned together alot? Or Photoshop on my laptop? Please can anyone advise? I am clueless! 😕

There's loads of free drawing software like Krita which are brilliant.

You can use iPad if you have one or you can buy a variety of drawing tablets/ computers depending on your experience and budget.

I had an interest in giving it a go on a budget and bought a Huion420 drawing tablet for about £25, it's got surprisingly good reviews for a cheap bit of kit and seems to work well enough for me as a beginner to have a shot without spending a fortune.

Have a google for free drawing software, youtube is really useful for reviews too.

Thank you so much for those suggestions, that's really helpful! Off to Google now. YouTube a good shout too, I never think to look there

Youtube is an amazing tool! You can do some research on tools and kit etc or find excellent tutorials if, like me, you've no idea where to start with creative stuff.

Ultimately I prefer old school pencil and paper, but the tablet is a fun little thing and if you were serious and wanted to spend more money there are tablets that mimic the feel of drawing on paper.
