Anyone on here who knits. My dd has a tummy bug and I suffer hugely with a phobia of vomit, I need to take my mind off of it all so was wondering what's on your needles at the moment ? I'm knitting the Winnie the Pooh blanket I'm almost half way xx

I’m working on a Christmas jumper. Fairly basic but haven’t knitted in ages so relearning

I've got an Aran jumper on the go presently but it's been taken over by a crochet blanket, I'm enjoying doing that so haven't touched my needles in weeks!

I'm working on a basic 3x3 rib stitch blanket for a baby, will suit their car seat or pram - it's lightweight, cotton, has a little bit of sparkle in it. It's so pretty.

I also crochet and have a tunic on the go for my mums birthday present, but as that's rapidly approaching and I've not touched it for a month or more... Its going to be her Xmas present!

I also have some bits planned, some squares for Woolly Hugs and a secret santa present.

I'm doing a chunky aran-type cardigan for a 2-3 year old.

I'd forgotten how quickly you can knit up garments for little people!

Nothing at the moment as I only knit in cold weather. But if you go on the Ravelry website and look at their advanced pattern search you'll find everything from beautiful intricate garments to lifesize knitted greyhounds. A vomit free knitting rabbit hole

@BeQuietBrenda are you knitting for a baby you know ? I've got a friend who loves Disney so I'm making the Winnie the Pooh blanket in pink and one in blue so I'm ready when she says what she's having xx

I'm knitting for my cousins friends new granddaughter! I know them as acquaintances but my New Year resolution was to make a blanket for any baby I was connected to. So far I've made 5! It's the most I've ever done and it's such a sense of achievement.

I love knitting! Half an hour and I completely zone out. Found this knitting website recently that's got some good stuff on it too. Hope they feel better soon!

I can only crochet or knit at night because it sends me to sleep! If I do it in the day I end up ready for a nap 😂
