Where to get fabric online on a budget

Does anyone here order fabrics online? I'm looking to make a thobe (like an Arab style dress for men) but since it'll be my first time I want to try it with something a bit cheaper. Fabric preference is cotton or polycotton. Any good suggestions for UK based online stores? I don't mind overseas if the shipping isn't extortionate!
