you know teh ones you chuck in the microwave to heat up and they work miracles on sore muscles?
I have made a pillow shape and just thought it would be lovely as a wheat pillow for DD (she gets sore tummy sometimes) but where do I buy the wheat? I found a place on google but you have to buy in 10kg lots - bit too much wheat for a 5 yo to carry about methinks!

Sorry, can't really help except to suggest the pound shop/wilinson/similar for an existing tacky cheapo wheat bag that you could doctor!

Ooh, farm shop? Health food shop where they have loose things in sacks?

Just some ideas! Good luck!

yes, a health food shop, I made one using an old terry nappy, not pretty but effective- has a very distinctive smell though (of wheat!!!)
