Wanting to sell some stuff

Hi all. I like making cards and stickers.
Personalised bottles etc. Can even do T-shirt's.

Would maybe like to start selling some stickers or something.
What do I need in place to do this?

Do I need insurance etc.

Also thinking of a name to use and how do I know it isn't already a trade marked name.

Would appreciate any help.

You can search for company names online quite easily. Not sure if you can do the same with trademarks but just an online search should be instructive.
Also searching etsy in case it's a smaller business but one that uses the same space you might like to sell in.

Are you talking decals? If so I know our local market is pretty saturated at the moment with this...have you checked fb near you to see who else is doing it?

If you are just planning to work as a sole trader you can trade under your own name.

I'm kinda just wanting to sell things so that I can keep making things not for the money, I work full time this is just a hobby
