Making a stable base/stand/tripod for a mannequin

I'm doing a show in the summer and I'll need lots of mannequins

I can get the bodies fairly easily but the bases are often damaged or unstable

I'd like to create a base that packs easily into the car and doesn't weight a tonne plus is pretty stable when it's for a wedding dress and unserskirts on it

And finally it has to be not "new" so 2nd hand upcycled or recycled

So far I have:
Traffic cone - quite stable but I'd need something at the bottom to stop it tilting

Cardboard cone - cant find any plus same as above

Camera tripod/music stand - not massively stable

Bottom of a 3 footed standard lamp - very stable (I have 3) but take up SO much room in the car and doesn't stack neatly

Any other ideas?

Something like a Christmas tree stand? Mine is sort of a pipe with 3 long fold up feet. In my head, something could be constructed using old pallet wood and some drainpipe 🤔

Do you know any musicians?
Microphone stands might work.
They have a stable tripod base but fold away so you just have the pole shape to transport.

You have both given me great ideas

I wondered about something like this with dowelling as feet and centre support?
