How do I make and fix a detachable pussy bow?

I've been tempted by all the gorgeous floral dresses that are around this season and I'm going to dust off my sewing machine and make one, with this pattern:

(I don't like that green or the fabric on the cover, but I'm planning to use a cotton poplin).
Many of this season's dresses come with a detachable pussy bow.
Do any of you wise stitch 'n bitchers know how to attach a detachable bow to a dress like this please? And maybe find a pattern for it? (although I can work that out if I can't find out, there are quite a few videos online for attached bows, but I can't find a detachable one).

A detachable pussy bow is just a really long strip of fabric tapered at both ends which you tie around your neck. A neck tie. You can use a pattern for an attached one but just enclose it all round rather than attaching it to a blouse. Then just tie it around your neck over the blouse and it's detachable.
