I want to make some dolly clothes (I don’t want to, the children want me to) I can’t be faffed getting out the big machine & finding out how to thread it etc.
Has anyone used one of these little handheld machines? Are they okay or more bitter than £15 makes them worth?
The video I saw looked okay, but I’m a bit all thumbs at the best if times.

they are useless, look at this video:

How old are the children? Can they learn to set it up themselves?

No, the kids are far too small to sew them selves. Or perhaps, not to sew themselves to anything!

That video does put me off a bit. I had found another which had a solution to fixing the stitches, but didn’t mention dropped stitches at all.

Oh well.
