DD dressed for her Pre-school Halloween party

I've put a link to some pics of DD who had a Pre-school Halloween party today. She went as a witch.

Her dress was made from a gents shirt. I got the info for it from a tutorial on Craftster.org - you use the shirt front as the dress back so that the buttons do it up.

I made a little cloak from a square of fleece.

DH made the hat from a piece of card.

And we bought her broomstick fron Asda for 60p!!

Oh bless ! She looks very chuffed.

What good value for a 60p broom, my friend turned up at a party yesterday with one. i couldn't believe it.

I got a 60p broom for DD too!!!! (her friend had one her dad made ) That dress is great, she looks fab!Nice hat too - does DH want to join in with our weekly challenge thread?

GM - only if it involves hats!!

He's also made a cardboard and aluminium foil crown when she went to a party as a fairy and now he thinks he's a milliner!!
