Quite possibly a font. If you google "free downloadable fonts" there are a number of websites which will let you download onto your own PC - they give instructions for the process. It's really easy to do - I have 100s of fonts added to my laptop 😊

That's definitely a typed font . Every letter is identical and that is incredibly difficult, if not impossible, to do by hand.

Dafont is a great site for free fonts that you can download and use for your own crafts.

If you can't find what you want on Dafont, search handwritten fonts on a website called Creative Market. If it's for personal use, some don't cost much to buy and download.
