Try Basi Bishop at www.Portraits in pencil.com. I e- mailed her some photos of my daughters last year for a portrait for my husbands 40th birthday. The pencil portrait was fantastic (it's actually on her website gallery)and I got a chance to see it on line before I paid for it. Cost about £140 inc postage and arrived well packaged in perfect condition. Would recommend her very highly.
