Cheap colour print and pencil questions

Hi
Not sure if this the right place to ask

I am extremely space limited in a tiny flat.

I’d like to find a way to organise pencils so I can more easily grab a 5B or whatever. Any suggestions?

Also, I’ve got some reference pictures that I’d like to print when I attempt to draw them myself. I don’t need a good quality colour print. I’m wondering what the cheapest way is to get this done - guessing that finding a business printer might be it?

I don’t want to keep looking at the screen as one of the reasons I like artwork is, no staring at screens!

Thanks for any help.

I use a pencil roll to store my softer grade graphite pencils. I use ikea small storage boxes for each of the different types of pencils I use. Derwents pencil roll is a reasonable price. If you do venture into pastels they are best kept in the box or tin they come in
