Is there such a thing as jigsaw making machines?

My aunt loves jigsaws and we are looking to get her equipment so she can make her own jigsaws at home. Does such a thing exist? Thank you

Photobox and no doubt the other online photo printers will make a jigsaw from a photo. I know that's not what you asked but your Aunt could still have fun - maybe taking photos of the local area and giving them as jigsaw gifts?

You can make small puzzles with a scroll saw.

I think the clue is in the name - you need a jigsaw!

Depending on budget then a cricut could do this. Design the jigsaw in design space and use the machine to cut out.
