I think some combination of garter and cable?

Does it have a name? Does anyone any instructions for it?

I'm always surprised when things have formal names but I think that would be a type of lattice stitch.

I think I remember how to cable front/back, but I'm not familiar with twist front/back.

That's where having a name for these things helps, as now I know what to google.
