Knitting needle recommendations

I'd consider myself an intermediate knitter...lapsed for a few years but feel my love of it returning. I'd like to invest in some decent needles, ideally a set of all sizes...also short knitting in the round needles too. TIA x

I love chiaogoo. They are expensive but the quality is great. I've not had good experiences with Knitpro so I eventually ditched them for the Chiaogoos.

I love the KnitPro symfonie interchangable circular needles, and use them even when knitting flat. As you can change the length of the cable, it means that I don't have to have massive long needles, which cause my carpel tunnel to flair. You can get a started set for under £20, with 3 diameters of needle and 3 different length cables.

I second Knitpro symphonie interchangeables. I never knit with long needles now and it takes all the pressure off your wrists if you're knitting something heavy. You just need to make sure they're screwed in firmly (I keep a little elastic band to wrap round for extra grip when tightening). I also love their double pointed sock needles.
