What is craft foam and where do I get it?

I've found this fab costume for DS2 penguin boy which calls for craft foam

Can anyone suggest a shop in or around SW London where I can buy craft foam? I've never heard of it before. Or a website.

Suggestions for places selling plain black hoodies for 3 year olds also welcome! They all seem to have logos on them.

Do you have a HobbyCraft near you? They ought to have it.

The nearest one is over an hour's drive away, according to the website. They look fab! Sweetly they don't do internet shopping, but I can phone with a list of things and they will post them

Wouldn't mind going to a shop like this in case any other craft inspiration hit me. Anyone got other suggestions?

Google Funky Foam - it comes in loads of colours. Lots of places sell it online so you should be able to find whatyou want

Large Tescos do multicoloured packs of sheets in a3 - a5 size otherwise probably stores like John Lewis with haberdashery/craft sections.
