What's that really thick 'chenille' look knitting yarn called? Thick as your little finger!

You see scarves knitted up in it, the yarn is like velvet but circular in cross section (ie like your finger!). I'm looking for some to make a fringe for a knitted jacket. Any ideas?

Could it be Sirdar Wow? I wouldn't say it's as thick as a finger but it is a very "plushy" round chenille
