Durable Fabric Glue Recommendations

I would like to attach some felt decorations to my daughters sweat shirt.
What is the best permanent, washable fabric glue for felt to felt attachment and felt to cotton/polyester mix attachments.

All advice would be appreciated.

Oh I'd sew them on...glue won't last. They'll peel up at the edges. Can you do a nice small blanket stitch?

Gutermann HT2 fabric glue will work. That stuff doesn't shift, even after multiple washing.

Was going to recommend Gutterman too.
