It's too beautiful for words! Gifted to me by DD. A5 size.
Don't feel like using it for something silly like a gratitude journal. Do you have any suggestions?
I'm thinking so far :

Best moments of my life (but quite a thick book and not sure I have that many!)

All my favourite recipes.

Lessons I've learnt in life (to be passed down).

Thank you

Recipes, definitely - you sound like you think the rest are all a bit airy fairy and therefore they are likely to taper off (they would with me too).

One sentence a day book. You can get notebooks specifically for this but could use any book. Like a diary but sum your day up in one sentence, keep going all year, longer than a year if space.

Favourite quotes
A book of top ten/twenty lists
Eg your personal top 20 books, films, recipes, names, plants etc

Are you children young or grown up? I have a beautiful note book that I write letters in to my children, just every now and then, so they can read them when they grow up and hear about funny things they did etc.

stirling · 20/09/2020 13:08

Kids are teens and yes BouncyMonk that's such a brilliant thing to do. I did it for each of my kids from age 1 onwards and all those hilarious toddler comments are recorded. My kids regularly read the books and laugh so much.

I do like the top 20 suggestion!
