Need to make a pantomime horse. HELP! patterns, ideas etc- all gratefully received!

If you're anywhere near south London, the Carshalton Pantomime Company hire out their old costumes. They do it for charity so it doesn't cost as much as a normal costume hire place. They are based at Sutton hospital and open Tuesday and Friday mornings. Not sure if that will be of any use to you.
