Single sided or reversable cushions

I'd like to make some cushion covers (for myself) and I'm looking for the pros and cons of single sided - with a plain back, versus double sided with the same pattern on both sides.

Are double sided just "classier" somehow?

You can turn a double sided one round when you spill something on one side. :)

I have a mix of both though. I don't think it matters much, it maybe depends on the fabric.
