Specifically roller blind fabric. I bought a roller blind a couple of months ago which was too wide (but in the sale...) so I had to cut it down to size. It occurred to me that I could perhaps use the spare fabric to make a cover for a kitchen appliance, but it's stiff. I've currently got a test piece sitting in a bowl of hot soapy water to see if that will soften the fabric; Google hasn't been a great deal of help. Does anyone know if it's possible? Thank you.
