How do you sort out a dolls hair

You know when it's ratty and backcombed and horrid

Baby doll, barbies they all go the same

Any suggestions?

Silicon spray and a comb. (Leave in conditioner in other words).

I put stay in conditioner on some of mine, then put sellotape around their heads whist it dried! I worked for a while, but not for long once the angels had got their hands on them again!

Is it a bugger to do? or relatively easy?

Oh it's very easy - sometimes you have to wash the hair first with fairy liquid to get rid of the accumulate muck from little hands though.

DO you use loads or just a bit?

I think my life is a bit complicated atm & I am displacing

How big is the doll - if it is as barbie doll it obviously doesn't need as much as say a Girl's World doll (do they even exist anymore )

Just use a small blob otherwise you'll be washing it out for ages. Remember when you comb to hold the roots so you don't pull the hair out and don't for god's sake let your children see you doing it or they will demand weekly salon treatments for all their toys!

16 inch with 6 inch long hair grrrr........

I think I'll ask one of my helpers to do it - I'm too damn lazy

It's never to early to teach your kids how to groom themselves and others!
