Morning all. My DD has come across this jumper she'd like me to knit. I'm quite experienced with the needles but the seams down the centre and on the sleeves have stumped me. Anyone know how they are created - somehow in the knit or sewn on later.
Also do we think the front is two separate pieces with a common neck. Please help I don't want this to be the first pattern to defeat me Grin

Hello
Without being able to get a really zoomed in look (and also, I'm no expert!) Could it be two separate pieces that have been sewn together with an overlocker. It looks like it's been sewn inside out and the two bottom orange vertical stripes are inside out darts made on each piece.

If all the edges are finished with the overlocker with orange thread it would potentially give that sort of effect but the balance between overlocker thread and yarn weight would need to be right.

It looks like a fun project!!

It's not knitted. It's been seen together using an overlocker, I think.
