Can these ski trousers be fixed?

I suspect not. There is a tear in the water-resistant fabric.
I’m guessing the answer will be no!
Pic follows.
I guess we could put sellotape over? Or could I iron something on.....?

I’ve used Gaffer tape for my kids as a short term fix. But otherwise ive not been successful

You can get patch kits to repair tears in waterproofs like this sort of thing.

You can buy goretex patches, which I've used with mixed success. Alternatively I have also used gaffer tape which works ok but obviously doesn't look great!

You might be able to darn it. It obviously won't be properly waterproof afterwards though.

I'd use a combination of patches and iron on seam sealer tape on that. The seam sealer isn't breathable but on such a small area it won't affect the overall performance.
