Anyone successfully removed Dylon dye?

I have just bought a very well cut dress in a charity shop. It’s been given the Dylon treatment and is an unflattering shade of blue ( like a macaw parrot). I took a punt and I’m going to try removing it. The dress was originally white, I can see that on a couple of places where dye didn’t penetrate. It’s viscose. Any advice on products and techniques?

There's a pre-dye or dye remover. It didn't work for me, but that was probably my fault.
I'd try dyeing it navy or black.
