Small beads with large holes!

Can anybody help, please? I'm making beady bookmarks - see pic. I have some lovely large beads for the ends, but the bookmarks need tiny ones so they hang well. I need to source some tiny glass beads with holes large enough to get the cord through them. Any ideas where to start?! The craft shops round me don't have anything suitable. Thanks!

You might try beads for knitters. There are some here. Size 6 is the larger size.

Most knitting shops don’t sell them, but you might be lucky! It’s easier to find them online.

Mill Hill beads is another good brand.

These are slightly smaller, so the cord might not be as easy to thread through, but it might work.

Look for glass pony beads ~ I think they may be just what you mean and you can get them on eBay.
