Foam offcuts for craft work?

Hi, don't know if anyone can help with this or not - I am trying to track down companies / craftspeople etc that make things like gifts, photoframes, pen pots, general craft items etc from offcuts of foam. The company I work for has lots of "bits" of different shapes and sizes, as we make things for business from foam planks and tubes etc, but we have a lot of "spare bits" left that we have cut off if that makes sense? It is white, blue and grey foam (like soft polystyrene)and sponge mainly - I can see that people could use it for sticking shapes on cards, decoupage etc??
I have seen recent snippets on various sites and seen promotional gift catalogues advertising things made from "recycled" materials, but I can't find them now!!
Anyone help? - or if anyone wants any for themselves, they can have it - we have loads every day, and we hate having to throw it away if it can be reused by someone.
