I have a pair of high heels I wore to my sisters wedding two years ago that I am loathe to throw away. They are super comfy and I wore them all day with no issues- but I hate the colour. They are bright blue.
I have just bought a dress with blue in it to wear for a wedding later this year, and the idea has come into my head to upcycle the shoes to match. I’m trying to decide whether to just dye them a darker blue and leave it at that, or go nuts and add all sorts of embellishment. I’m thinking maybe crystals, feathers- but I keep chickening out and the idea of them looking awful. Any ideas?
