Felt is not a slick replacement for craft foam Sad

& I am sure a hot glue gun is an eco nightmare! Plastic

Buttons Sad - no fab plastic designs

zips can go metal but aren't as user freindly I've found

I upcycle cloth/clothing all the time

What else can'/should I do and what do you guys do?

Katy - knotting looks quite nice?

I’m currently intending to use hide all of my fabric scraps to stuff a pouf with. It’s a closet case free pattern and will be one useful way of getting rid of the giant black sack that’s a little more eco friendly!

Yes I think a knot looks good

Good luck with that - what pattern is it?

I have seen people make a sort of ironing thing for difficult corners stuffed with scraps

KatyMac you are really talented and Donkey that bowl is lovely!

I'm making junk journals at the moment to use up some of my excess of craft supplies. I really love reusing and recycling from charity shops and boot fairs, and repurposing my old clothes.

Thanks I'm a bit of a bodger really

What are Junk Journals please?

I need help attaching second hand beads/sequins on to single layer lycra....without affecting the stretch

Junk journals are handmade books made from whatever paper you have lying around including junk mail, old envelopes, paper bags etc

You can get really nice wood buttons
