any salt dough experts out there, mine are rising ????

I put them in the oven at 250 for 5mins and they are rising , so have taken them out ,cooled oven down and put them back in. Suppose it doesnt matter to much , as they look more homemade , but wasnt sure why they would rise !!!!

Im startng hols as mean to go on , makng more edible bread later, we like douhg makng !!!

I will show u my expanded saltt dough thingies later !!!

well they are out of oven and cooling , not sure if bakes right through. Still puffy , never mind !

Not enough salt I think. I assume you used plain flour? And opened the oven every 10 mins (guaranteed to make anything not rise)

yep plain flour , checked that several times ! Followed the recipe ,so not sure on the salt thing.
