Knitting & stitching show at Ally Pally

Hi ladies!

I'm looking to visit the knit & stitch show at Alexandra Palace this October for the first time, but am wondering which is the best/quietest day to go? Will probably have to be either Saturday or Sunday if we use the local coach company.

Am a bit concerned about how busy it might be on the Saturday, so was leaning towards Sunday, but then Mum (who is coming) was worried about whether all the good stuff would be sold out by then XD

Thoughts welcome!

I’ve been on both days and Sunday is quieter but places tend to start packing up towards the end of the day. Saturday wasn’t as busy as I’d thought it was going to be and certainly wasn’t packed. A lot of the coaches of elderly people go during the week!

Coaches only do weekends from my area but yours might be different. For Ally Pally the coach is good because it takes you right up the (really steep) hill to the front doors, and I think that's the same for the bus too.

Personally I give myself the day off and mostly go on Thursdays, which is the first day. I do quite a bit of shopping and for that it is somewhat quieter I think, with nothing sold out.
