Stuck 8 rows from end of pattern - help me please MN Knitters!

My pattern tells me to P2tog tbl - apparently this means purl 2 together (which I understand) through back of loop (which I don't). If anyone can give me a very simple explanation of how to do this I would be very very grateful indeed!

If you look down through the right hand column here there is a link to a video that shows how to do it. It's really just what it says though- put the right hand needle kind of up and under the stitch so that it goes through the, well, back of the loop
