Can someone help me make sense of this crochet pattern?

I'm usually quite good with crochet, but I can't make head nor tail of this particular one.

It's the border of a blanket, the previous row is 1tr, 1ch space, 1 tr.

So, the instructions say:

*ss into next 1 ch sp, 1 tr, 1 ch sp, 1 tr, 2tr into same tr, (2ch, 2tr into last tr worked) twice, ss into next tr.

As I have to repeat this 15 times, and I have a total of 45 chain spaces from the previous row, somehow the above pattern should take 3 chain spaces.

I think I'm misinterpreting the 2 tr into last tr worked? Because to me it sounds as though I end up with 6 trebles worked into one treble? But I can't work it so it's over 3 chain spaces....

This is the only picture I can find of the finished blanket border - the one on the actual pattern is not clear at all.

Ah - typing it out actually helped it make sense.... so it's a ss into each of the next ch sp, tr,ch sp, tr... so 4 slip stitches to get to the next space to put 6 trebles to make a scallop shape... :)
