Help with Pinch Pleat Curtains...

Does anyone know how much fabric you need when making curtains with pinch pleat tape rather than pencil pleat?

Is it still double?

It's closer to 2.5, it should tell you in the instructions /specification of the tape. Pleats take quite a bit of fabric.

Cheers, in the end I've chickened out and bought 6" pencil pleat instead!
