Hi I'd like to knit a hat so the 'cuff' looks like its in stocking stitch like this hat rose-and-rose.com/collections/hats/products/alpilles_navy
I think I do stocking stitch for the length of the cuff plus an inch or so, but will then need to do something to create the crease, and the another length of stocking stitch the length of the 'cuff' - is this right? And if so how do I create the crease?
