I'm looking for a box to decorate

I've been hunting high & low for a decent size, really good quality box to decorate to use as a keepsake box for my son. Would probably prefer cardboard, but if anyone knows of a good wooden one I'd consider it. Method of decoration not yet decided, but it would need to be about A4 size.

would this be too big? I've ordered ribbons from here and they have been very reliable. Box

Ikea have some in various sizes. You can have a choice of patterns, which you could always paint or decorate over the top of, or I think they have plain card ones too.
