Covering lampshades

I have a conical lampshade (base diameter 38cm) that I want to cover.

I have no idea how to go about it - I've with experimented the entre copy of the Sunday Times and still can't work out what shape I should cut my cloth to fit it.

Can anyone help me please?

I did but she just does cylindrical, which would have been the sensible option...
