I'm a bit brain dead atm
DD has a shirt that the cuffs are too loose - she wants they tight and is too lazy to undo/redo them
Is there a way to fix the buttons and elasticate the cuff - I have some sort of memory....but it's fuzzy and I need clear(ish) instructions right now!
