Pink felt tips - driving me mad!!!!!

DD (4.8) is a v girlie girl and I am forever having to but new sets of felt tips just because the pinks (and then reds) have run out. Meantime, I'm overrun with perfectly working browns, blacks and blues. Anyone know where I can buy single pink felt tips??? Failing that ... would consider pen swops with girl-free families

We have this problem too. Not found anywhere to buy individual colours that don't cost lots more. I know just buy the £1 packs of felt opens from Asda and the like and be done with that.

Have a look here . Would these be any good?
Other than that just buy loads of cheap packs

Thanks Hulbaby, maybe I should just do that and be done with it. Have been buying ELC ones and the like. Kind of feels bad to chuck out a load of perfectly good pens though, doesn't it. Must steel myself - I'll be completely overun if I don't.

I don't through the others out. DD has a big pink box full of her felt pens. Only those dried up get thrown. Just has a lot more of the others colours, and only one or two pink

Can you give the unused ones to charity shop, kids ward in hospital, Brownie/Cub pack etc.
They wouldn't be wasted then

auburnmum · 13/06/2007 20:06

True, good idea - I'll go for the cubs rather than the brownies though, eh?
