Can anyone help me with a French crochet instruction please?

I know its a long shot, that I'd find a French crocheter on this board, but thought I'd ask anyway.

The instruction is for making a hair piece for a doll. Here:

I can work out most of it, but for the hair I dont understand the following:
A partir de maintenant, lorsqu'on retourne et apres avoir fait 1ml ou pas, crocheter dans la derniere ms du rang precedent.
The instruction immediately following this is:
rg4: 18 ms, 1ml, retourner

Im lost. Even using a translation tool it doesnt help much as it translates:" From now on, when we turn back and after making 1 ml or not, crochet in the last ms of the previous row"

Can anyone help please? Either with translation or helping me work out what to do from the pictures.

It's just saying that instead of crocheting in spirals as you do in the start, you start crocheting in rows. So at the end of each row you turn your work and make the first stitch in the last stitch of the previous row.
