What would you make kid's hat chin straps from please?
I want to buy lengths of something that will be soft enough not to dig in to necks and chins, but that is easy enough for me to work with so I can just cut to size, roughly hem ends and attach to the hats.
We're going on a breezy beach holiday soon and the DC's sun hats won't stay on their heads for very long without straps!
Typically I've left this until the last minute so the quicker and easier this is to do, the better!
