Looking for an adult pattern

Knitted this for my grandson www.knitpicks.com/patterns/Knotty_Baby_Hat_Pattern__D12331220.html

DD1 wants a matching hat. Has anyone seen a pattern like this in an adult size, or know how to adapt a baby one? I'm not an experienced knitter (done lots of it, just not very good!)

Have you looked on Ravelry? I would wager there is something like this in adult size on there.

I have looked on Ravelry - and some other sites - but not found any adult versions. (doesn't mean they're not there!)

This might work. You could add ribbing at the bottom and the two knots have simply been tied together
