Was thinking I might sew dd (nearly 3) and myself blouses or dresses from the same fabric. DH is appalled - thinks it is just too goofy. What do other mumsnetters think?

it was bad enough when my mum dressed me and my sis the same. I was 12 yrs old and my sis was 3 i looked like a freak.

OtterInnit · 16/05/2007 15:48

'goofy' ...VOM

lionheart · 16/05/2007 16:01

Doesn't sound like a good idea.

Do parents still dress their children in matching clothes?

warthog · 17/05/2007 08:00

sorry, but this does make me feel queasy. please don't do it. think of your kids!!

DANCESwithnewlytannedlegs · 17/05/2007 08:02

Your DH is right. Dear oh dear woman, get yourself to Primark and you can have 20 t-shirts and a dress for the same price as the material
