White

Depends.
Visible join use white, slightly more subtle use grey.

I'd use the variegated yarn you're using for the final rounds and do a visible dc join.

Is the variagated yarn Stykecraft Merrygoround? It's lovely and bright!

How are you joining? For grannys like that, I tend to use the "join as you go" method, saves on the final round peskies ;)

I used a join as you go method but at the end lol so all in one go!

I've no idea the name of the yarn but it is in Wilkos for £1 a ball 😍

I made a unicorn hat with it today
