Raw alpaca fleece

Hi, I’ve just been given a bag of raw alpaca fleece, does anyone know what I can do with it?

You might be able to needle felt with it but I understand spinning it into wool is pretty expensive. Unless you spin it yourself (which would be really fun I think!)

Could you use it as stuffing ( pillows, toys ) if you don’t want to spin it ?
