Argh I've bought the wrong Fimo

I bought 2 shades of green and one is 'soft' & the other 'professional' can I mix them or do I need to change one of them?

I'm pretty sure I've mixed them before without problems.

What are you making? I have just bought my first ever load of fimo but still working up the nerve to get started with it!

I bought a shell to make a necklace & I have brown embroidery thread and a lovely mumsnetter gave me some pearls - so on the train tomorrow I start crochet

& I just found a fab necklace picture

There's a couple of polymer clay groups on facebook and I know that at least one member has created a heart necklace with clay which was absolutely stunning, I think they used alcohol ink and translucent clay as well as a skinner blend.

I didn't understand most of that!

I'm using 2 colours and some acrylic paint and glow in the dark paint....maybe?

OK by googling I've found out I need to bake it in a covered dish

It's going to be about egg sized - does anyone have any further suggestions of advice for me?

I don't know who that is.....interpretive is always good (especially if they are young)
